Bradley Barcola: Liverpool eye move for PSG and France winger in big-money deal

Liverpool are exploring a move for France winger Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain, with the Premier League side monitoring a potential transfer for the 23-year-old ahead of the new season. The left-sided attacker, who also has Togolese nationality, is currently under contract at PSG until 30 June 2028 but has been linked with Anfield as the club weigh up attacking reinforcements.

The probability of a deal has been put at around 55%, with Liverpool understood to be assessing what it would take to persuade PSG to part with one of their most valuable assets. Barcola’s market valuation stands at about €90m, reflecting both his club form and his performances on the international stage.

Barcola has developed into a regular attacking threat for PSG, contributing 34 goals and 30 assists in 128 Ligue 1 appearances. He also featured prominently on the biggest stage last season, making 43 appearances in the UEFA Champions League, where he added further goals and assists in continental competition.

The Lyon-born forward joined PSG from his hometown club in August 2023 for a fee of €45m and has since played a key role in a period of sustained success in Paris, including back-to-back Champions League titles in 2024-25 and 2025-26. His recent World Cup campaign underlined his status at international level, with three goals and an assist in eight matches at the 2026 tournament.

With two years remaining on his PSG deal and no release clause publicly signalled, Liverpool would likely need to negotiate a substantial fee if they choose to turn their interest in Barcola into a formal bid.
