Alimami Gory: Paris FC winger linked with Saudi Pro League side Abha move
France-Mali winger Alimami Gory of Paris FC is being linked with a move to Saudi Pro League club Abha as the 29-year-old enters the final year of his deal in the French capital.
Gory, who operates primarily as a left winger and wears the No.7 shirt for Paris FC, is under contract until 30 June 2027, meaning Abha would need to negotiate a fee rather than wait for a free transfer. His current market value is estimated at around €1.5 million, a figure that is likely to shape any discussions between the clubs if interest develops into formal talks.
Born in Le Havre and measuring 1.82m, Gory has represented both France and Mali at national level and is a right-footed attacker who has been a regular part of Paris FC’s attacking options since joining the club on 9 July 2022. His performances in Ligue 1 have made him one of the more experienced wide players in the Paris FC squad.
Before moving to Paris, Gory’s most notable club achievement came in the 2020-21 season, when he was part of the ESTAC Troyes side that won the French second tier. Earlier in his career, he also finished as top goalscorer in the Championnat CFA 2 Groupe H with 15 goals in the 2015-16 campaign, underlining his capacity to contribute in the final third.
For now, Gory remains a contracted Paris FC player, with interest from Abha at the rumour stage and no agreement reported between the clubs.
