Besiktas set for decisive Mohamed Salah talks as Turkish giants push to complete transfer

Turkish giants Besiktas are preparing for a crucial negotiation meeting as they look to finalize a deal for Egyptian superstar Mohamed Salah following his departure from Liverpool at the end of last season.
