The situation appears to have escalated further, with The Mirror reporting that Wolves increased security at their Compton Park training base on Tuesday to prevent Arokodare from entering.

Arokodare is no longer considered part of Wolves’ plans, with the club keen to find him a new destination before the transfer window closes.

The striker has attracted interest from Serie A side Fiorentina and Turkish outfit Trabzonspor, with reports suggesting he favours a move to Italy.
