Aly Sidibe: French-Malian winger joins Concarneau from Troyes B

French-Malian winger Aly Sidibe has joined Concarneau from ESTAC Troyes B as the Ligue 3 side strengthen their attacking options ahead of the new campaign. The 21-year-old right-sided attacker makes the move within the French pyramid after progressing through the ranks at Troyes.

Sidibe, born in Montreuil-sous-Bois in January 2005, arrives as a specialist right winger and prefers to operate on his favoured right foot. Standing at 1.76m, he adds pace and direct running to Concarneau’s forward line following his experience across France’s youth and semi-professional divisions.

The wide player moves on the back of a spell at Troyes where he featured for both the club’s under-19s and their B team. He first linked up with Troyes at under-19 level in 2023, earning a promotion to the reserve side at the start of 2024 after impressing in youth competition.

Sidibe’s senior pathway has combined minutes in the National 2 and National 3 tiers with a brief taste of professional football. Across his time in the French lower divisions he has accumulated regular game time, and he was handed a short Ligue 2 outing, making one appearance at that level.

Before joining Troyes, Sidibe came through the Paris FC system after an initial move from Les Lilas at youth level, standing out particularly at under-19 level where he delivered a strong scoring return. His form there paved the way for his step up to Troyes and now to Concarneau.

Sidibe’s switch, completed on 22 July 2026, sees him become the latest addition to Concarneau’s squad as he embarks on the next stage of his career in Ligue 3.
