Hamza Ghalleb: Tunisia midfielder joins AS Soliman on free transfer from CS Hammam-Lif
Tunisia defensive midfielder Hamza Ghalleb has joined AS Soliman on a free transfer from CS Hammam-Lif. The 29-year-old moves within the Tunisian top flight after two seasons with Hammam-Lif, strengthening Soliman’s options at the base of midfield.
Ghalleb, born on 23 April 1997, has been a regular presence in Ligue 1, featuring both in the league and domestic cup competitions. Last season he made 11 league appearances and three Tunisian Cup outings, also playing in relegation play-off action, underlining his experience in high-pressure fixtures.
The move to AS Soliman continues a career spent entirely in Tunisian football. Before joining Hammam-Lif in January 2025, Ghalleb played for CS Chebba, having arrived there from EO Sidi Bouzid in 2022. His earlier spells included time at CS Sfaxien and a loan stint with SS Sfaxien, where he built his reputation as a disciplined holding midfielder.
Ghalleb joins AS Soliman immediately, with the transfer already completed ahead of the new campaign.
