Amine El Ouaad: Moroccan goalkeeper joins KACM Marrakech on free transfer from Ittihad Tanger

Moroccan goalkeeper Amine El Ouaad has joined KACM Marrakech on a free transfer from Botola Pro Inwi rivals Ittihad Tanger. The 30-year-old moves within Morocco’s top flight as KACM reshape their goalkeeping department ahead of the new campaign.

El Ouaad, who is valued at around €400,000, leaves Ittihad Tanger at the end of his contract and switches to Marrakech without a transfer fee. The deal keeps the experienced shot-stopper in the Botola Pro Inwi, with the move finalised on 21 July 2026.

The transfer sees KACM recruit a goalkeeper with extensive knowledge of the domestic league, as El Ouaad has been involved in top-flight Moroccan football with Tanger. His arrival adds competition for the starting role and increases depth in a key position for the Marrakech club.

For Ittihad Tanger, the departure brings an end to El Ouaad’s spell with the northern side, who relied on him as part of their senior squad structure. His move to KACM also represents one of the more notable intra-league switches of the Moroccan window, given his standing and market valuation.

El Ouaad becomes one of KACM Marrakech’s latest additions as they look to strengthen across the pitch, with the club opting to capitalise on his free-agent status to secure an experienced goalkeeper without a fee.
