Yanga SC announce signing of two rising Tanzanian talents ahead of new campaign

Tanzanian champions Yanga SC have underlined their commitment to building for the future after completing the signings of two of the country’s brightest young footballers on long-term contracts.

The club has ushered in a new era with a renewed emphasis on investing in youth development, securing the services of winger Juma Issa Abushiri, popularly known as “Chuga Boy,” and promising striker Hussien Mihambo as part of its long-term sporting project.

Eighteen-year-old Abushiri joins Yanga from Fountain Gate after signing a four-year contract. Widely regarded as one of Tanzania’s most exciting young prospects, the winger has earned a reputation for his pace, creativity and attacking flair, making him one of the standout emerging talents in the domestic game.
