Nnamdi Oduamadi: Nigerian winger joins Alatri on free transfer from Ceccano

Nigerian winger Nnamdi Oduamadi has joined Italian side Alatri on a free transfer from Ceccano.

The 35-year-old left-sided attacker has signed a deal running until 30 June 2027, committing the Lagos-born player to the club for the next season as Alatri strengthen their attacking options. The move continues Oduamadi’s recent spell in Lazio’s regional football, where he has featured for a string of clubs in the area.

Oduamadi arrives after a short stint with Ceccano, whom he joined in January 2026, also on a free transfer. Before that, he had represented Civitavecchia, Rieti, Valmontone and Colleferro in a series of moves that kept him in the Italian lower leagues following his return to the country in 2021.

Earlier in his career, the right-footed winger was on the books of AC Milan, stepping up from the club’s youth team in 2010 and going on to collect a Serie A winners’ medal in the 2010-11 season. He also earned promotion to Serie A with Torino in 2011-12 during one of several loan spells in Italy’s second tier, where he made 81 Serie B appearances, scoring 12 goals and providing eight assists.

Oduamadi later gained experience abroad with a productive spell at HJK Helsinki in Finland and a move to KF Tirana in Albania before a period without a club in 2019 and a subsequent return to Italian football.

Alatri’s agreement for Oduamadi is a permanent free transfer completed on 20 July 2026.
