PSG’s third bid for Maghnes Akliouche rejected by Monaco

Paris Saint-Germain have seen a third bid for France international Maghnes Akliouche rejected by AS Monaco, with the Ligue 1 side continuing to hold out for their €50 million asking price, according to reports in France.

Akliouche is expected to leave Monaco during the summer transfer window, but the Principality club remain unwilling to sanction a move unless their valuation is met.

Monaco stand firm on valuation

According to Onze Mondial, PSG submitted an improved third offer for the 24-year-old attacking midfielder, but it still fell short of Monaco’s €50m demand.

While the French champions have narrowed the gap between the two clubs’ valuations, Monaco are yet to soften their stance over the player’s transfer fee.

PSG’s opening offer was reportedly worth around €30m, with subsequent bids moving closer to Monaco’s asking price.

Personal terms already agreed

Despite the clubs remaining apart in negotiations, RMC Sport reports that Akliouche has already agreed personal terms with PSG.

The France international is currently on holiday following the conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and is expected to wait for the two clubs to reach an agreement before completing any move.

Summer move still expected

Akliouche had been linked with a departure from Monaco last summer, but the club’s valuation prevented a transfer from materialising.

This time, Monaco are understood to be open to selling the midfielder, provided their financial demands are met.

With personal terms reportedly no longer an obstacle, discussions are expected to continue as PSG attempt to finalise the signing of one of Ligue 1’s most highly rated young talents before the close of the transfer window.
