Amine El Farissi: French-Moroccan midfielder joins MAS Fes on free transfer from US Boulogne
French-Moroccan attacking midfielder Amine El Farissi has joined Moroccan top-flight side MAS Fes on a free transfer from French club US Boulogne.
The 27-year-old, who is comfortable operating in the No 10 role, moves from Ligue 2 to the Botola Pro Inwi as he switches from French to Moroccan domestic football. His contract at Boulogne had come to an end, allowing MAS Fes to secure his services without a transfer fee.
El Farissi leaves Boulogne having most recently been involved in the French second tier, and arrives in Fez with a market value listed at around €600,000. The move represents a significant addition to MAS Fes’ creative options, with the club targeting greater attacking invention from midfield.
Born in France and also eligible for Morocco, El Farissi brings experience of the tactical and physical demands of Ligue 2 to a MAS Fes side looking to strengthen in advanced midfield areas. His ability to link play between midfield and attack is expected to be central to how the Botola Pro Inwi club line up in the coming campaign.
The transfer was finalised on 20 July 2026, confirming El Farissi’s permanent move to MAS Fes as a free agent following his departure from US Boulogne.
