Espérance Sportive de Zarzis have confirmed the composition of their technical staff for the 2026-27 season, with Moncef Mcharek appointed as the club’s head coach.

The Tunisian club announced the full coaching structure ahead of the new campaign, outlining the personnel who will oversee first-team preparations during the upcoming season.

Moncef Mcharek will lead the technical department and will be supported by assistant coaches Aymen Mnafeg and Mohamed Guizani as the club prepares for the challenges of the new Ligue 1 season.

Alongside the appointment of the head coach, Espérance de Zarzis also confirmed the specialists who will form part of the technical team.

Wajih Ben Mbarek has been named as the club’s goalkeeping coach and will be responsible for working with the team’s goalkeepers throughout the campaign.

Fitness responsibilities will be shared between Lotfi Salablab and Ridha Maadi, who have both been appointed as fitness coaches.

The club has also confirmed that Hassen Ghannouchi will serve as Evaluation and Statistics Officer, completing the technical structure for the 2026-27 season.
