Kalosha: Egypt defender joins Harras Hodoud from El Dakhlia in defensive boost

Egyptian centre-back Kalosha has joined Harras Hodoud from El Dakhlia, strengthening the club’s defensive options ahead of the new campaign. The 27-year-old, who plays primarily as a central defender, moves within Egyptian football after a season-and-a-half with El Dakhlia.

Kalosha, born on 15 September 1998, arrives at Harras Hodoud having established himself as a senior professional in domestic competition. His move was finalised on 16 July 2026, with the defender now officially registered as a Harras Hodoud player.

The transfer continues a steady rise for the Egyptian, who first came to wider attention with Gomhoriat Shebin (G. Shebin) before stepping up to El Dakhlia in January 2024. That switch in the 2023-24 season provided him with a platform in the top flight and paved the way for his latest move.

Comfortable in the heart of defence, Kalosha is listed as a specialist centre-back and will be expected to add depth and experience to Harras Hodoud’s back line. While detailed appearance and goals records are not highlighted, his repeated movement between professional clubs underlines his status as a recognised option in the domestic game.

With the deal complete and his registration confirmed from 16 July 2026, Kalosha is now a Harras Hodoud player as the club reshapes its squad for the coming season.
