Ezekiel Morgan: Ghanaian midfielder leaves Imishli to become free agent

Ghanaian defensive midfielder Ezekiel Morgan has left Azerbaijani side Imishli and is now a free agent after bringing his spell in the Premyer Liqa to an end.

The 24-year-old departs the top-flight club having most recently been registered with Imishli, and is now listed without a club following the completion of the move. His exit opens up the next chapter of his career as he considers options away from Azerbaijan.

Morgan’s switch away from Imishli comes at a point where his market value is assessed at around €500,000, underlining the regard in which he is held after his time in the Premyer Liqa. Operating primarily as a defensive midfielder, he has built a reputation for his work in protecting the back line and operating in central areas of the pitch.
