How to Log In on the MSport Ghana App

1. Open the MSport app on your Android or iOS device.
2. Tap the Login button in the top-right corner of the home screen.

4. Enter your password.
5. Tap Login.
6. If you have set up a Security Pattern, you will be prompted to draw it after entering your credentials.

MSport Ghana offers an optional drawn grid pattern as a second layer of protection for app logins — similar to a smartphone screen lock pattern. It speeds up future logins once set.

1. Log in to the MSport app with your phone number and password.
2. Go to Me (profile icon) > Settings > Account Security.
3. Tap Security Pattern and follow the on-screen prompts to draw and confirm your pattern.

If you forget the pattern, you will need to reset your account password, which clears the pattern. You can then set a new one from Account Security settings.

How to Reset Your MSport Ghana Password

1. Go to the login page at msport.com/gh/sign_in or open the app login screen.
2. Tap or click Forgot Password.
3. A pop-up appears asking for your registered phone number. Enter it and confirm.
4. An OTP is sent to your phone via SMS.
5. Enter the OTP within 59 seconds. If it expires, tap Request New OTP.
6. Once the OTP is accepted, create and confirm your new password.
7. Log in with your phone number and the new password.

Note: If you no longer have access to your registered phone number, the SMS OTP method won’t work. Submit a support ticket at msportsupportgh.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new for manual identity verification. Once a phone number is linked to your MSport account, it cannot be changed self-service.

Account Suspended — What To Do

MSport Ghana may suspend an account for the following reasons: the holder is under 18; inaccurate registration information; payment details that don’t match the account name; duplicate accounts; suspected fraud; or a police or regulatory order.

What happens to your bets during a suspension: existing bets stand and settle normally. Winnings may be withheld if fraud is suspected. Any negative balance is immediately due.

To reactivate a self-deactivated account: Log in with your phone number and password — a REACTIVATE popup will appear. Tap it to restore access immediately. If you think the account was compromised before deactivation, reset your password first.

Self-exclusion (responsible gambling): Available under Me > Profile > SELF-EXCLUSION in the app or website. This is separate from standard account deactivation and is governed by GCG responsible gambling requirements.
