Raed Chikhaoui joins Esperance

Esperance Sportive de Tunis have strengthened their defensive ranks with the signing of Tunisia international Raed Chikhaoui on a long-term contract ahead of the new season.

The 22-year-old signed a three-year contract that will keep him at the club until June 2029 and is expected to play a huge role for the club in the upcoming season.

Chikhaoui joins Esperance after impressing during his time with US Monastir, where he established himself as one of the country’s promising young defenders through a series of consistent performances.

His move represents another significant addition for the Tunis-based outfit as they continue to reinforce their squad in preparation for domestic and continental competitions.

Despite his young age, Chikhaoui has already earned recognition at international level with Tunisia and is regarded as one of the nation’s brightest defensive prospects. His composure on the ball, tactical awareness and defensive solidity are expected to strengthen Esperance’s backline.
