Sinayoko to Paris FC: AJ Auxerre and Mali forward linked with Ligue 1 switch

Lassine Sinayoko, the Mali international forward at AJ Auxerre, is being linked with a summer move to Ligue 1 rivals Paris FC as the capital club look to reinforce their attack. The 26-year-old, who can lead the line through the middle, is under contract with Auxerre until 30 June 2027 but is attracting attention after his rise with the Burgundy side.

Paris FC’s interest comes with Sinayoko valued at around €10 million, a figure that reflects his steady output in France’s top flight. He has made just under 100 Ligue 1 appearances for Auxerre, contributing 18 goals and 16 assists, and has also featured heavily in Ligue 2 during the club’s recent promotions and relegations.

Born in Bamako and holding both Malian and French nationality, Sinayoko has been on Auxerre’s books since his youth days, stepping up from the U19s to the first team in 2019. He wore the No 10 shirt as Auxerre won the French second tier title in 2023-24, a campaign that firmly established him as a key figure at the club.

Auxerre are under no immediate pressure to sell given the length of his deal and his current status in the squad, while Paris FC are expected to weigh any move carefully against his valuation. For now, Sinayoko remains an Auxerre player with two years left on his contract and a central role in their attacking plans.
