Adel Yehia: Egypt goalkeeper joins Entag El Harby on free transfer
Veteran Egypt goalkeeper Adel Yehia has joined Entag El Harby on a free transfer from A. Abo Qir, signing a deal that runs until 30 June 2027.
The 38-year-old, born in Beni Suef, arrives as an experienced option between the posts after four seasons with A. Abo Qir. His move was completed on 14 July 2026, with the keeper committing to a one-year contract as Entag El Harby reshape their squad for the new campaign.
Yehia, a right-footed goalkeeper, has spent his entire career in Egyptian football and brings a long track record of consistency at domestic level. Before his spell at A. Abo Qir, he played for Olympic Alexandria, having initially joined them from Bank El Ahly in 2018.
His career has also included stints with FC Masr and El Nasr, following earlier years at Hawamidiyah and his hometown club Beni Suef Club, where he first moved into national-level competition in 2012. That journey has seen him accumulate more than a decade of senior experience across several tiers of the Egyptian game.
The switch to Entag El Harby marks the latest step in a career built on steady progress through a succession of Egyptian clubs, with Yehia now tied to his new side until the summer of 2027.
