Franco-Algerian midfielder Omar Bezzekhami has joined Paris 13 Atletico from FC Rouen 1899 on a free transfer. The 30-year-old central midfielder makes the move within Ligue 3, ending an eight-year spell in Rouen to link up with the Parisian club.

Bezzekhami, born in Rouen and comfortable in central midfield, arrives with extensive experience across France’s lower professional tiers. He had been with FC Rouen 1899 since 2018, having initially joined them from QRM B, also on a free transfer. His move to the capital marks only the third club of his senior career.
