Drissa Coulibaly: Mali winger swaps Dibba SCC for Shabab Al-Ahli move
Mali right winger Drissa Coulibaly has joined Shabab Al-Ahli from Dibba SCC, completing a move that keeps the 20-year-old in the UAE Pro League after a breakthrough campaign.
Coulibaly, who stands at 1.80m and operates primarily on the right flank of the attack, arrives at Shabab Al-Ahli following a season in which he established himself at top-flight level with Dibba. The transfer is a completed switch within the Emirates, with Shabab Al-Ahli adding another attacking option ahead of the new campaign.
The Bamako-born winger made 32 league appearances for Dibba in the UAE Pro League, contributing two goals and one assist in 1,371 minutes of action, and also featured in both the UAE League Cup and the UAE Presidents Cup. His consistent selection across all three domestic competitions underlined his growing importance at senior level.
Coulibalys move to Dibba in August 2025 from Khor Reserves had given him his first sustained run in professional football, after previously featuring for Shababs reserve side earlier in his career. His return to Shabab Al-Ahli now comes with first-team experience and a market value of 150,000 following his development over the past two seasons.
Born on 19 December 2005, Coulibaly joins Shabab Al-Ahli at the age of 20 and will compete for a place in their attacking line as the Dubai club looks to strengthen its squad for domestic challenges. The transfer from Dibba SCC to Shabab Al-Ahli is now fully completed.
