Prince Emmanuel: Nigerian striker joins Zlin from Mosta FC on long-term deal

Nigerian striker Prince Emmanuel has joined Czech side Zlin from Maltese club Mosta FC, signing a contract until 30 June 2029. The 21-year-old forward, born in Lagos, moves to the Chance Liga club after an impressive spell in Maltas top flight.

Emmanuel arrives in Zlin on the back of a productive season with Mosta, where across the Premier Leagues opening and closing rounds and the Maltese FA Trophy he registered 13 goals and three assists in 37 appearances in all domestic competitions. He also struck twice in a single MOL Cup appearance, underlining his eye for goal in knockout football.

Primarily a central striker, Emmanuel has developed his game in Europe over the past three years. He first moved from Nigerian side Right2Win SA to Ostravas youth ranks in 2023, progressing through Ostrava U19 into Banik Ostrava B. A loan spell at Vitkovice in the 2024-25 campaign added further senior experience before his permanent switch to Mosta in January 2025.

Zlins new signing is currently valued at 300,000 and has already reached that figure as the highest market valuation of his career to date. His record in youth football in the Czech Republic included five goals in 16 appearances in the 1. liga U19, before he translated that form into senior football in Malta.

Having completed his move from Mosta FC, Emmanuel is now tied to Zlin until the summer of 2029.
