Thabang Rakwena: South African winger at Casric Stars linked with Cape Town City move

South African right winger Thabang Rakwena of Casric Stars is being linked with a move to Cape Town City as the PSL side look to reinforce their attacking options.

Rakwena, 29, has emerged as a potential target after re-establishing himself at Casric Stars this season. The attacker returned to the club from TS Galaxy on 1 September 2025 and has since featured in the Betway Premiership, adding top-flight minutes to a campaign that has also included cup action.
