Ali Sulieman: Eritrean Kahraba forward linked with Cleopatra FC move in Egyptian Premier League shake-up
Eritrean centre-forward Ali Sulieman of Kahraba is being linked with a move to Egyptian Premier League side Cleopatra FC as the domestic transfer market begins to gather pace. The 26-year-old, who plays as a left-footed central attacker, has emerged as a target following an impressive stint in Egypts top flight.
Sulieman joined Kahraba from Ethiopian club Hawasa Ketema in August 2025 and has since become a key figure in their attack. In his standout Premier League campaign he scored 18 goals in 27 appearances, underlining his impact with one of the divisions most productive individual returns. That form is understood to have alerted Cleopatra FC, who are monitoring options to strengthen their forward line ahead of the new season.
Born in Senafe on 1 January 2000, Sulieman has built his reputation through spells in Eritrea and Ethiopia before his move to Egypt, developing into a regular presence through the middle of the attack. His current estimated valuation stands at around 800,000, a figure likely to shape any negotiations between Kahraba and Cleopatra FC if talks progress.
Kahraba signed Sulieman on a free transfer and would be in a position to command a significant fee should they decide to cash in on one of their most influential players. For now, the Eritrean forward remains under contract at the Ismailia-based club, with Cleopatra FC watching closely as they weigh up a potential bid.
