Mohamed Naoufal Tahiri: RCA Zemamra sign FAR Reserve defensive midfielder on permanent deal
RCA Zemamra have signed Moroccan defensive midfielder Mohamed Naoufal Tahiri from FAR Reserve on a permanent deal. The 22-year-old returns to the Botola Pro Inwi side after spending part of last season there, rejoining the club on 8 July 2026.
Tahiri, who came through the ranks at FAR Rabat before moving into their reserve setup, has already had one productive spell with RCA Zemamra. During the 2025-26 campaign he featured in the Botola Pro Inwi and domestic cup competitions for the club while on loan, operating at the base of midfield.
Across league and cup action, Tahiri made 24 appearances for Zemamra last term, scoring three goals and accumulating more than 1,800 minutes on the pitch. His involvement in the Botola Pro Inwi and Excellence Cup underlined his ability to hold down a regular role at senior level.
Before his latest move, the midfielders development had included a series of loan switches from FAR Reserve, including stints at Kenitra and SCC Mohammedia, designed to give him consistent first-team exposure. His performances during his loan spell at RCA Zemamra ultimately paved the way for this full-time switch.
Tahiri, born on 1 January 2004 and capped at club level only, now becomes a permanent member of RCA Zemamras squad as they prepare for the 2026-27 Botola Pro Inwi season.
