The exits signal the beginning of a new phase for Raja Casablanca as the club aims to rediscover its place among Morocco’s and Africa’s elite football teams.

The technical committee is now expected to focus on recruitment as Raja prepares for a new season with renewed ambitions.

Raja fall short in Moroccan league title race

Raja Casablanca ended the 2025/26 season in third position with 56 points, finishing three points behind champions Maghreb Fes.

Maghreb Fes secured qualification for the CAF Champions League alongside runners-up Renaissance Berkane, leaving Raja outside the top two spots.

The result increased pressure on the club to make improvements ahead of the next campaign as they seek to return to the top of Moroccan football.
