Morocco’s National League President congratulates MAS Fes after Botola Pro title triumph
The president of the National Professional Football League, Abdessalam Belkchour, has extended his congratulations to Maghreb Association Sportive de Fès following the club’s triumph in the 2025-26 Botola Pro League.
MAS Fes won the Botola Pro title for the first time in 41 years after defeating Olympique Dcheira 2-0 in the final round of the season.
The victory gave MAS 59 points from 30 matches, enough to finish top of the table ahead of RS Berkane, Raja Casablanca and FAR Rabat.
Belkchour, speaking on his own behalf and on behalf of the members of the Executive Committee, praised the remarkable season enjoyed by the “Yellow and Black” side, who secured the league title after displaying consistency and quality throughout the campaign.
The league president described the championship victory as a deserved achievement for the Fez-based outfit, highlighting the determination and strong performances shown by the team across the season.
He also commended the efforts of the players, technical staff and club management, acknowledging their collective role in guiding the club to one of the most significant accomplishments in its recent history.
Belkchour expressed his wishes for the club’s continued success in future competitions, both domestically and on the continental stage, as the team looks to build on its latest achievement.
