The former Manchester United general manager, Alex Ferguson, made comments about David Beckham, suggesting that Beckham lost his concentration and desire for football after marrying Victoria Beckham. Ferguson stated, “He then lost all his concentration after his marriage!” and added, “And when we sold him to Real Madrid (in 2003), we did well.” Ferguson expressed surprise at Beckham’s decision to move to Los Angeles and hinted that Beckham’s priorities shifted after getting married to Victoria Beckham.
