South African rising star Relebohile Mofokeng is closing in on a move to Belgian Pro League champions Union Saint-Gilloise, with the transfer expected to be completed once the remaining formalities are finalized.

According to Sky Sports, the 21-year-old has agreed to a four-year contract with the Belgian club, signalling the next step in his rapidly developing career after impressing for Orlando Pirates and the South African national team.

The deal is understood to be in its final stages, with all major aspects of the agreement already in place. Only administrative procedures remain before Union Saint-Gilloise officially unveil the highly rated attacker as their newest signing.
