Raja Club Athletic have announced the passing of veteran coach and talent scout Mohamed Mahjadi, popularly known among supporters as “El Boudali.”

The Moroccan giants has, however, expressed deep sorrow over the death of one of the respected figures who dedicated many years of service to the club’s academy and youth development structure.

Mahjadi was widely admired within Raja circles for his commitment to nurturing young talents and helping shape the careers of numerous players who went on to wear the Raja jersey at different levels.

In a statement, Raja Club extended heartfelt condolences to the family, relatives and friends of the deceased while paying tribute to his immense contribution to the club over the years.

The club described Mahjadi as a loyal servant whose hard work and dedication left a lasting impact on the Raja academy and the development of future generations of footballers.

According to Raja, the late coach played a major role in discovering and mentoring several talented players, earning him great respect and admiration within the Raja family.

“Raja Club Athletic extends its deepest condolences and sincerest sympathies to the family of the deceased,” the club said in its statement.

The Moroccan side also prayed for God’s mercy upon Mahjadi and asked that he be granted eternal rest in Paradise.

The passing of “El Boudali” has generated sadness among Raja supporters and members of the Moroccan football community, many of whom remember him as a passionate mentor devoted to the growth of young players and the success of the club.

His contribution to youth football development at Raja Club is expected to remain an important part of the club’s history for many years to come.
