However, it has been confirmed that Issa Cissokho, the right-back from Nantes, has received his summons.
Cissokho, who played a role in Nantes’ victory against Rennes (3-1) during the 8th day of Ligue 1 in France, shared the news of his summons on his Twitter account.
The crucial Ivory Coast vs. Senegal match is scheduled to take place on October 12 in Abidjan at 5 p.m. local time. It’s worth noting that the return leg will be held in Morocco due to the suspension of the Léopold Sedar Senghor stadium in Senegal. The outcome of these playoffs will determine which team secures a spot in the 2014 Brazil World Cup.
