Fernand Goure: Radomiak eye move for KVC Westerlo Ivorian forward

Ivory Coast centre-forward Fernand Goure of Belgian side KVC Westerlo is being linked with a summer move to Polish Ekstraklasa club Radomiak Radom.

The 24-year-old, valued at €300,000, is the subject of transfer speculation after emerging on Radomiak’s radar, with the probability of a deal currently listed as “?” on transfer databases. With no public record of a fixed contract expiry date at Westerlo, observers have suggested there is scope for the Ivorian to be allowed to leave, or even edge towards free‑agent territory if talks over his future stall.

Goure, who wears the number 29 shirt for Westerlo, is a 1.89m right-footed centre-forward and has been used primarily through the middle in the Jupiler Pro League. Born in Yamoussoukro on 12 April 2002, he represents Côte d’Ivoire and is regarded as a physically imposing attacking option who can operate as a traditional target man.

Any move would follow a season in which Goure continued to build experience in Belgium’s top flight, though detailed appearance and goal figures for the current campaign have not been formally disclosed. In his most recent outing referenced in local reports, he featured for Westerlo in a Jupiler Pro League fixture earlier this spring, leading the line in a narrow defeat and completing the full 90 minutes without scoring, underlining both his work rate and the need for a more clinical edge.

Radomiak, who compete in Poland’s top division, are understood to be exploring affordable attacking reinforcements, with Goure’s €300k market value making him an accessible option compared with many Western European forwards.

Should the move materialise, a switch from Belgium to the Ekstraklasa could offer Goure a platform to establish himself as a first-choice striker, raise his profile beyond the Jupiler Pro League and potentially set up a further step in his European career.
