Three young talents from Gabon, Edzo Sima (16 years old), Andeme Mba Resita (14 years old), and Babilé Piba Zehina (13 years old), have been selected to join the training centers of Manchester United. Their selection follows their participation in the Airtel Tournament held in Nigeria, organized by the mobile operator Airtel. Despite their national teams’ modest rankings in the tournament, these players were identified as promising talents, and they will now have the opportunity to join the prestigious English club’s youth development program. The Airtel Tournament aims to promote football in Africa and discover young talents.
