OGC Nice booked their place in the Coupe de France final after a solid 2-0 victory over RC Strasbourg Alsace in the semi-finals on Wednesday night.

The standout performer of the night was Elye Wahi, who stepped up with a decisive performance to send Nice through.

After a tight first half, Wahi broke the deadlock in the 51st minute, finishing confidently after being played in by Jonathan Clauss. His movement and composure in the box proved crucial in unlocking the semi-final tie.

He later sealed the victory in the 82nd minute, converting from the penalty spot to complete his brace and put the result beyond doubt.

Ghanaian Presence in the Midfield Battle

While Wahi stole the headlines, the match also featured full 90-minute performances from Abdul Salis Samed and Kojo Oppong Peprah, who both played key supporting roles in midfield and defence, respectively.
