As reported by Africa Top Sports.com, Brazilian football star Ronaldinho has made a decision to enhance his smile by fixing his teeth. Previously, he had expressed that he didn’t intend to undergo cosmetic dental surgery as his unique smile was a part of his identity and made him easily recognizable. However, things have now changed, and the Flamengo midfielder has opted for porcelain veneers and new gums.
“I always lived with a smile. So now…”
Ronaldinho underwent two surgeries for this dental transformation, reportedly spending more than 150,000 reais, equivalent to €50,000.
“I often run my tongue over my new teeth. It’s fantastic to look in the mirror and feel good,” Ronaldinho shared.
In addition to his improved smile, his performance on the field has also seen positive effects. Cuca, the coach of Atletico Mineiro, notes, “He plays better and better.”
