SPAIN: FC BARCELONA RECRUITS ZICO, HE’S THE NEW MESSI!

Barcelona has signed Zico Jr Marecaldi, a 9-year-old Swedish prodigy, to its youth academy. Despite sharing a name with the Brazilian football legend Zico, this young talent is not related to him. Zico Jr Marecaldi, formerly with BK Olympic in Malmö, joins FC Barcelona’s youth system. His father plans to leave him at the boarding school while the family relocates to Spain. Barcelona continues its tradition of recruiting young talents, following the likes of Neymar.
