Lucas Hernandez hails extraordinary Ousmane Dembele

Lucas Hernandez could not hide his admiration for Ousmane Dembele after the forward’s latest match-winning display in Paris Saint-Germain’s 3-1 victory over Toulouse in Ligue 1.

Dembele struck twice on the night, once again underlining why he is viewed as one of the most dangerous attackers in world football.

“Dembele is an extraordinary player. He won the Ballon d’Or, and it’s not for nothing,” Hernandez said, admitting that even though he had faced Dembele before, sharing a dressing room with him has given him a new level of appreciation. “I’ve played against him, but playing with him is extraordinary.”

The defender went on to express how much he values Dembele not only for his talent but also for his character. “Can Dembele win another Ballon d’Or? I wish it for him. He’s a wonderful person both on and off the field,” Hernandez added, highlighting the winger’s influence in the squad.

Dembele’s brace helped PSG move four points clear at the top of Ligue 1, strengthening their title push and reinforcing his status as the team’s key attacking spark.
