Algeria’s defender, Mehdi Mostefa, expressed satisfaction with the draw, highlighting the importance of playing the return match at home. Mostefa acknowledged the challenges posed by Burkina Faso, which boasts powerful and physical attackers. He anticipates a fervent atmosphere in the country for the return match.
The two teams will compete for a place in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, with the first leg scheduled for October 11-13 and the return leg set for November 15-19.
