National coach Jamal Sellami has included Mohammad Abu Zrayq of Raja Casablanca in his squad for the upcoming Jordanian national team training camp this March, in preparation for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The Raja midfielder is expected to travel later this week to join the camp and will return to his club following the completion of the FIFA international dates.

Jordan will play two friendly matches during the camp, facing Nigeria on March 27 and Costa Rica on March 31, giving the squad valuable match practice ahead of the tournament.

The Jordanian team, under Sellami’s guidance, is preparing for the 2026 World Cup finals, where the draw has placed them in a challenging group alongside Argentina, Algeria, and Austria.

Mohammad Abu Zrayq’s inclusion is seen as a “surprise” in the squad, reflecting Sellami’s faith in his abilities as the team looks to make an impact on the world stage.
