Moroccan defender Jamal Harkas suspended for one match in Saudi Pro League

Moroccan international and defender for Damac FC, Jamal Harkas, will miss his team’s upcoming match against Al-Najma Club in Round 26 of the Saudi Pro League due to suspension.

According to reports from Al-Riyadh, Harkas received his fourth yellow card during the previous 25th round match against Al-Riyadh Club, triggering an automatic one-match ban.

In response, Brazilian coach Fabio Carille has prepared Hassan Rabie to start in Harkas’s place.

Rabie has featured in 13 matches this season for Damac, starting in seven, while Harkas had appeared in 23 league games, contributing two goals and one assist.

The suspension of Harkas represents a significant absence for Damac’s defense, but the team will look to maintain its form as it faces Al-Najma in this round of the Saudi League.
