Hervé Renard, the coach of Zambia’s national football team (Chipolopolo), expressed his desire to continue with the team, but he has set a condition. Renard, under contract until July, wants a long-term commitment and is awaiting a proposal from the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ). He emphasized that staying on for another nine months just to prepare for the qualifications for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) would be futile if another coach took charge. Renard has reportedly been approached by other national teams that failed to qualify for the 2014 World Cup, including Morocco.
