Al Ahly: Trezeguet and Zizo train with teammates ahead of Zed clash on Saturday

Al Ahly’s first team has ramped up preparations for their upcoming Egyptian Premier League clash against Zed.

Mahmoud Trezeguet and Ahmed Zizo, who have been on the nursing bed, have returned to full participation in the session, giving the squad a boost just 48 hours before the match.

Currently, Al Ahly sit third in the league table with 36 points, while Zed are eighth with 25 points.

The team’s latest group training, overseen by head coach Dane Jess Torup, focused on physical conditioning and tactical drills ahead of the encounter.

Meanwhile, Amr El-Gazzar continues rehabilitation work with the ball, aiming to rejoin full group training in the near future.

Footage from the session highlights the involvement of Trezeguet and Zizo as Al Ahly fine-tunes their preparations for the crucial league fixture.

The game is scheduled for Saturday at 7:30 PM at Cairo International Stadium.
