Liverpool has officially confirmed the one-season loan of Nigerian striker Victor Moses from Chelsea. Moses, a significant contributor to Chelsea’s Europa League triumph last season, has seen reduced playing time since the arrival of manager José Mourinho. The Super Eagle, who was present in the stands during Liverpool’s 1-0 victory against Manchester United on Sunday, becomes Liverpool’s eighth signing this summer, joining Luis Alberto, Iago Aspas, Aly Cissokho, Tiago Ilori, Simon Mignolet, Kolo Touré, and Mamadou Sakho.
