Lokomotiv Moscow defender Mark Mampassi has completed a loan move to Turan Tovuz, joining the Azerbaijani club from the Russian Premier Liga side on a temporary deal. The centre-back’s switch is registered as a loan transfer, with his contract at Turan-Tovuz IK running from 2026-02-10 to 2026-06-30, after which he is scheduled to return to Lokomotiv Moscow. The move sends the 22-year-old to the Premyer Liqa with a current market value listed at €400k.
The transfer is a straightforward loan, with no permanent fee recorded in the data, and is formally described as a loan transfer. An upcoming transfer entry already confirms that Mampassi is due back at Lokomotiv Moscow when the agreement with Turan-Tovuz IK expires on 2026-06-30, indicating this spell in Azerbaijan is, for now, a short-term opportunity rather than a definitive exit from Russia.
Mampassi arrives in Tovuz as a right-footed centre-back whose main position is in the heart of defence. Born in Donetsk and holding both Russian and Congolese nationality, he represents a cross-border profile that has increasingly defined his career.
