The quarter-final line-up for the 2026 Ghana FA Cup has been confirmed following the conclusion of the Round of 16 matches over the weekend.
The tournament saw one of its biggest shocks as giants Asante Kotoko were eliminated by Aduana FC on penalties after a goalless draw. Aduana triumphed 4–2 in the shootout, ending Kotoko’s hopes of lifting the trophy this year.
Hearts of Oak, the most decorated club in the competition, remains in contention after a solid 3–2 victory over True Life.
Ghana Premier League leaders Medeama SC also progressed, edging past FC Samartex 4–2 on penalties following a 0–0 draw, while other top-flight sides like Dreams FC and Attram De Visser secured straightforward wins.
