Sadio Mané has continued his recent dominance over Youssef En-Nesyri, with the Senegalese forward once again emerging on the winning side in Al-Nassr’s 2-0 victory over Al-Ittihad on Friday night.
The Roshan League encounter at Al-Awwal Park Stadium saw Mané open the scoring in the 21st round clash, setting Al-Nassr on course for a comfortable win.

His early goal proved decisive and played a major role in denying En-Nesyri a positive debut outcome following his recent move to Al-Ittihad from Fenerbahce.
The result marked the second time in less than three weeks that Mané has celebrated victory over the Moroccan striker. Just 19 days earlier, the two faced off on the international stage during the final of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations on January 18.
Although Mané did not find the net in that final, Senegal defeated tournament hosts Morocco to lift the continental trophy for the second time in their history, once again leaving En-Nesyri on the losing side.
Friday’s league meeting was only the second competitive encounter between the two players, having never crossed paths before last month.
En-Nesyri will now have to wait until next season for another opportunity to seek revenge against his Senegalese counterpart when they meet for a third time.
