Petrojet Club has secured the services of midfielder Ammar Hamdi from Zed FC on a loan deal lasting until the end of the season.
The move comes at the behest of Petrojet’s technical director, Mr. Eid, who has long admired Hamdi’s technical skills and believes he can strengthen the club’s midfield.
Eid is also credited with giving Hamdi his Egyptian Premier League debut in 2018 while managing Al-Nasr.
Hamdi, who previously had loan stints with Al-Ittihad Alexandria, Tala’ea El-Gaish, and Al-Mokawloon Al-Arab, struggled for regular playing time before his move to Zed FC.
Petrojet, currently 13th in the league with 19 points from 15 matches, is counting on Hamdi to help boost its performance in the remainder of the season.
