Al Ahly midfielder Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane has described the team’s draw against Tanzania’s Young Africans as a hard-fought result, pointing to challenging conditions and a demanding schedule at both domestic and continental level.
Speaking after the match, Ben Romdhane said the encounter was played in high temperatures and amid heavy fixture congestion, but insisted the Egyptian champions approached the game with a clear determination to win and secure all three points.
