Saber Khalifa will not be making his debut for Olympique de Marseille (OM) in the upcoming match against Evian Thonon Gaillard Football Club (TGFC). The Tunisian international is considered unfit for the match, and he won’t have the opportunity to face his former teammates when Evian TGFC travels to the Vélodrome for the second day of Ligue 1.
On the other hand, Modou Sougou is included in the group of players called up by Pascal Dupraz for Evian TGFC’s match against OM. Sougou, a Senegalese international, recently joined Evian from Marseille. The striker, lacking playing time at Marseille, aims to rejuvenate his career with Evian in Haute-Savoie.
While Khalifa is ruled out, Sougou could make his debut with Evian, and the match provides an opportunity for the Senegalese striker to showcase his skills in a new environment.
