The 4th edition of the Health-Football tournament in Togo, organized by the Youth Association for the Development of the Population (AJEP), is set to commence on August 17. The competition, exclusive to health workers, aims to promote the benefits of sport for health. This year’s tournament introduces new features such as the participation of women’s teams and fairground operations, including blood collections and free screenings for diabetes, high blood pressure, and HIV. The competition will involve 12 health units from Togo, divided into three groups, competing in matches to raise awareness about the importance of sport for disease prevention.
