Saphir Taïder’s proposed move to Inter Milan from FC Bologna has hit a snag. The two clubs failed to agree on the transfer fee, with Inter Milan reportedly offering 3.5 million euros along with players Ibrahima Mbaye and Fredy Guarin. However, Bologna demanded 18 million euros to part with Taïder.
In addition to the complications with Inter Milan, it is mentioned that Manchester United is also showing interest in the Algerian midfielder. Taïder’s agent, George Atangana, expressed frustration with Bologna’s demands, stating that the player earns around 250,000 euros per year, making the requested amount seem excessive. Despite the ongoing negotiations, Taïder remains a Bologna FC player unless a better offer is presented.
